How it’s possible

At Towbes, philanthropy is at the cornerstone of how we operate. Our Give Where You Live program exemplifies our commitment to uplift our neighbors and shines a light on local organizations. Established in 2012, the GWYL initiative expresses our gratitude to the communities that shape where we live. Every two years, we carefully handpick three local charities throughout the Tri-County area to support. With the help of our residents and property owners, we are proud to donate funds on Micheal Towbes Day, globally known as Giving Tuesday, to the deserving non-profits. The GWYL tradition is integral to our legacy and a commitment we'll continue to honor for years ahead.

Your lease affects your community

Through the GWYL program, property owners donate $25 for every residential move-in while The Towbes Group matches up to $2,000 per property, per year to local charities. Just by signing a lease with a Towbes managed community, residents contribute to charities across the Tri-County area. Our philanthropic efforts are ingrained in the way we conduct business, honoring the legacy of our founder and serving as a testament to making the community a better place for all.
